Reinforcements for every 4th course should be provide at in the case of 4.5″ brickwork by using metal straps.

•  Steps and landings laid with granite stones or equivalent of Rs.70 perSq.ft with 2 grooves finished with edge polishing and edge champhering only. SS Grills handrails with 2″dia of 304 grade Jindal Steel.

• Pest control measures to prevent attack by white ants etc. at various stages such as Footing, Plinth beam basement etc., will be done.

• Water proofing for all sunken areas and shall add water proofing materials with cement whenever necessary and finish the Toilet floors, terrace areas to avoid dampness or leakages in future will be done
